Regals Fall On The Road

PASADENA, Calif. – California Lutheran's Women's Volleyball team had their final road trip of the regular season tonight against conference opponent Caltech. The Beavers took the match in three sets and are still behind the fourth placed Regals in the SCIAC standings.

Setter Tess Holbert found herself all over the court tonight. She recorded 27 assists, 14 digs, two aces, and one kill.

Kennedy Crane led the Regals in kills. She tallied 10 with Kira Mortensen right behind her with eight. Christina Williams added to the mix with seven kills and three block assists.

Mortensen had a .471 hitting percentage on the night.

Isabella Wade collected 18 digs and three assists.

Morgan Given, Sadie Peete, Sophia Muller, and Emily Wasson all added to the offensive efforts with at least one kill a piece.

Jenna Jones and Muller each served two aces. Peete tacked on another one herself.

They return to Gilbert Arena to take on Redlands for their senior night. First serve will be at 6 pm.
