THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. — The Cal Lutheran Regals water polo team is set to host the Tina Finali Invitational this Friday and Saturday at the Samuelson Aquatics Center.
The Regals welcome Azusa Pacific, Cal Baptist, Cal State Fullerton, Fresno Pacific, Occidental College, Ottawa University and the University of Toronto for the jam packed weekend . Every game will have live stats via The Fosh. Due to heavy rain and wind, there will be no live stream.
This is the 15th year Cal Lutheran has hosted the invite, with it being the fifth year named after Tina Finali, the late mother of Christina Messer ('12). The invite will feature 16 games over the two days.
The Regals play two games each day. They start the invite with Fresno Pacific on Friday morning at 8 a.m. Their second game of the day is at 11:45 versus Ottawa. On Saturday, Cal Lutheran plays Cal Baptist at 8 a.m. and Azusa Pacific at 1 p.m.
