REDLANDS, Calif. — California Lutheran University women's basketball enters the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Postseason Tournament as the No. 8 seed and is at top-seeded Redlands on Tuesday at 7 p.m.

Tickets to the game can be purchased at the door for $10 or fans can buy them ahead of time online for $8. Students and staff with a valid SCIAC institution ID get in for free.

Regals basketball is making its 10th overall appearance, and first since 2018. Cal Lutheran has won two tournament titles (2012 and 2013), and have finished as the runners-up twice (2015 and 2016). 

Two Regals score in double-figures as seniors Mackenzy Iwahashi and Cameron Mallory average 10.8 and 10.6, respectively. Aliya DiMuro leads the squad with 6.3 rebounds per game, Iwahashi has 2.9 assists per game and 1.3 steals per game. 

The 2022 Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) Women's Basketball Postseason Tournament is slated to begin Tuesday, February 22 with quarterfinal action. The SCIAC Tournament semifinals will take place on Thursday, February 24, with the championship contest slated for Saturday, February 26. 

The quarterfinals will be played on the campus of the No.1, No. 2, No. 3, and No. 4 seeds. The tournament semifinals and final will be played on the campus of the highest remaining seeds.
