Kingsmen Taken Down By Beavers 3-6

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. – Kingsmen tennis had a rough day on the court in their 3-6 loss to Caltech.

Parker McBride was involved in two of the three matches they took from the Beavers. McBride and Aaron Moylan took the doubles match in the two-spot winning 8-4. Right behind them taking the final doubles match was Griffin Biernat and Jacob Bear.

McBride was in the two-spot for the singles matches and beat his opponent in three sets. McBride took the first set 6-4 but was then evened out after losing 7-5 in the second set. He took set three 6-3 and claimed the last match win for the Kingsmen.

The Purple and Gold are playing in the Ojai Regional Tourney this Friday. The match times are TBD.
