Whittier managed to just barely edge Cal Lutheran 132-120 in the dual meet, but CLU posted some great individual performances on the day.

The Regals started off strong as the trio of Kyrie Fairbairn, Brieyana Walton and Glass picked up a win in the 200-yard medley relay with a time of 1:56.49.

Sharpe showed out for her senior day with a second-place finish in the 1000-yard freestyle and Avery Conrad put in a decent performance in the 100-yard backstroke, good enough for second place as well.

Glass and Walton finished first and second respectively in the 100-yard breaststroke before McKenzie Kelly and Madisyn Morin took second and third place in the 200-yard butterfly.

Sharpe continued her great day in the pool by winning the 100-yard freestyle and Fairbairn was right behind her to take second place.

Conrad turned heads yet again by impressively winning the 400-yard IM with a time of 4:57.22.

Cal Lutheran will enjoy a week off from competition before traveling to Caltech Jan. 25 at 10:30 a.m. to face the Beavers in another dual meet.
