Hall is All-SCIAC in 100 Breast on Day Three of SCIAC Champs

MONTEREY PARK, Calif. Lincoln Hall earned All-SCIAC in the 100-yard breaststroke to lead Cal Lutheran men's swimming & diving on day three of the SCIAC Championships on Friday. 

Heading to the final day, the Kingsmen are in seventh with 161 points. 

Hall placed third in the 100 breast. His time of 56.37 seconds lowered his mark on the program list, which is fourth. 

More finals competitors were Caelan Jack, Cole Weiderman and Nathan Sellers in the 200 free. Jack finished 11th with 1:42.95, Weiderman was 12th with 1:43.00 and Sellers was 13th with 1:43.01.

Kyle Denson competed in the 100 backstroke and placed 14th with 53.82. Marcel Hurtubise was 15th in the 100 butterfly with 51.50. 

The relay for tonight was the 400 medley. The team of Denson, Hall, Hurtubise and Sellers placed seventh with 3:28.96. 

Also making marks in the program's top-10 list, during prelims, was Hurtubise in the 100 fly (fifth, 50.67) Denson in the 100 back (5th, 53.26) and Jack in the 200 free (7th, 1:42.74). 

The Kingsmen finish the SCIAC Championships tomorrow.
