Four Kingsmen Recognized by NABC for Outstanding Academic Achievement

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The National Basketball Coaches Association (NABC) has announced the 2018-19 NABC Honors Court, recognizing Kingsmen basketball players Palmer Chaplin, Austin Cole, Brandon Danziger and Michael Wadsworth who excelled in academics during the past season.

The NABC Honors Court recognizes the talents and gifts that these men possess off the court and the hard work they exhibit in the classroom. The NABC encourages you to share the success of these student-athletes by using the hashtag #NABCHonorsCourt.

In order to be named to the Honors Court, a student-athlete must meet a high standard of academic criteria that includes being a junior or senior and varsity player, having a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.2 or higher at the conclusion of the 2018-19 academic year, must have been at their current institution for at least one year and the school must be a member of the NCAA.
