NEW ORLEANS — Sarah Bjornson, Coorper Curtin, and Zaria Opara represented Cal Lutheran track & field on the 2023 NCAA Division III Outdoor All-Region list, which was announced by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
Curtin and Opara earned All-Region honors for the second straight year and Bjornson garnered the award for the first time. Curtin earned the award in pole vault, Opara did so in the hammer throw, and Bjornson's was in the high jump.
Top-5 individuals in each event from each region earned All-Region honors, in addition to each of the members of a top-3 ranked relay team.
