SPOKANE, Wash. — The Cal Lutheran cross country teams have another big weekend as they travel north to compete at the 2022 NCAA Division III West Regional Championships on Saturday
Whitworth University will play host and the event is at Plantes Ferry Sports Complex. The women race first at 11 a.m., followed by the men at noon. Live stats can be found here.
Competing for Cal Lutheran on the women's side is Dinkenesh Coltvet, Cora Hautekeete, Brooke Hougo, Maraitzel Moreno Gutierrez and Samira Negrete. Racing for the men is Jonathan Aguilar, Logan Bury, Alexander Conn, George Gaitanis, Sebastian Sawyer, Max Segeberg and Eric Talbert.
The NCAA Regionals meet format began in 1981 for women and in 1978 for men. The West Region meet has been hosted at various race locations up and down the West Coast and in 2021, the West Region expanded to include schools from Texas.
