Competed at 9 meets… Participated in the 800m, 1500m, 3000m, 3000m steeplechase and 5000m… Finished 1st in the 3000m at the Moorpark Open… Finished 2nd in the 3000m steeplechase and 5th in the 800m at the SCIAC Multi Dual #1… During the season, finished 3rd at separate meets with career bests of 10:42.95 in the 3000m and 11:49.71 in the 3000m steeplechase…Ran a career best 18:17.95 in the 5000m.

2021 (Cross Country)
Competed in four meets… Placed 50th at the SCIAC Championships with 24:31.1… Placed 59th at the NCAA West Region Championships with 24:12.9… Best finish was 15th at The Masters University Invitational with 21:06.9… Fastest 6k was at the West Region Championships.

2021 (Track & Field)
ALL-SCIAC in the 5000-meter run… Won the 5000 (18:55.87) and was the runner-up in the 1500 (4:50.84) at the SCIAC Championships… Competed in one meet during her junior season... Inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society.

2020 (Track & Field)
In her sophomore season, competed in the 800 meters, 1,500 meters, and 3,000 meters… in the nation, she ranked fifth in the 1,500 with four minutes and 54.61 seconds and ninth in the 800 with 2:29.07… at the SCIAC #1, she won the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:54.61... Inducted into the Scholar-Athlete Society for the second time.

2019 (Cross Country)
ALL-WEST REGION SELECTION...Competed in all six events for the Regals...Led the team in every race during the 2019 season...Finished 21st overall at the NCAA Regionals with a time of 23:18.50, a course-best...Posted the fourth-best course time (23:25.9) at the SCIAC Championships...Notched a career-best time in the 6k at the Bronco Invitational (22:46.0)... Inducted into the Scholar-Athlete Society for the second time.

2019 (Track & Field)
Competed in five events as a freshman for the Regals…set personal-best in the mile(5:30.29), 3000m (10:59.70), 3000m Steeplechase (11:59.66), 1500m (5:00.08) at SCIAC Championship placing her in 9th, and in the 800m (2:36.24)...inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for the first time.  

2018 (Cross Country)
Competed in five races as a freshman for the Regals, finishing in the top two in all five meets… Recorded both her 5K and 6K lifetime personal records this season… Notched her 5K time of 20:13.6 at the Master’s Invitational and her 6K time of 23:55.6 at the NCAA Division III West Regionals.

Ballard High School
Graduated in 2018…competed in the WIAA 3A Metro…was a member of the cross country and track & field teams…four varsity letters earned for both sports…first woman from her school to be on the state cross country team all four years all four years…2018 Metro Champion in the 3200…Scholar-Athlete all four years, completed the Ballard High school Biotechnology Academy and Digital Filmmaking Academy and is a Washington State Honors Award Recipient…greatest personal sports moment was after four years of attempting, she became the metro champion in the 3200 with a personal best time of 11 minutes and 17 seconds, which qualified here for state for the first time ever.

Full name: Veronica May Redpath…hometown is Seattle, Wash….parents are Steven and Judy…has two siblings, Carlton and Etienne…volunteered at Ballard First Lutheran Church; Assisting Minister, Worship Leader and cellist. Also help out at Crush Kids Cancer: volunteer and cellist…choose Cal Lutheran because its located on her favorite place on earth (Southern California) and it has all the programs and was welcoming with an inclusive atmosphere…is majoring in film and television with a minor in both multimedia and mathematics.
