REDLANDS, Calif. — The Cal Lutheran men's and women's track and field teams will compete at the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) Championships on Friday at Ted Runner Stadium.

The championships are hosted by the University of Redlands and will start at 9 a.m., with the last event starting at 5:55 p.m. You can find the schedule of events on the SCIAC webpage. 

You can watch the championships via a live stream from Redlands on SCIACtv. Heat/Flight information will be posted on Redlands' website. You can find the SCIAC top marks on TFRRS.org.

The meet will be scored 5-3-2-1 for all individual events, relays 5-3-2-0. All track events will be run as a timed final. Nine athletes will advance to the finals in all field events.
