Cal Lutheran Offering Two Body Conditioning Courses

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. — California Lutheran University is offering two Body Conditioning courses which are available to all students this summer. The classes are free. Any student who registers for these courses will receive a grant to cover the cost. 

The two classes, ACTV 140 and ACTV 141, will be taught by alumnus, Lucas Quinn. 

Quinn, who played for the Kingsmen football program, will teach students the skills to improve their fitness for health, well-being and performance.

The first class is scheduled to start on Monday, May 24. ACTV 140 is session one and goes from May 24-July 2. Session two will be held from July 6-August 13. 

The course meeting times are Monday through Thursday from  6:45-8:45 p.m. and Friday morning from 6-8 a.m. Classes will be held at William Rolland Stadium – students can meet at the football statue – as well as the Forrest Fitness Center. 

Students can register on Web Advisor and the classes will be under the Summer site.
