NEW ORLEANS — Cal Lutheran's Evan Cox (twice) and Connor Neufeld-Griffin received All-Region honors for the 2021 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field season which was announced by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCA).
Top-5 individuals in each event from each region earned All-Region honors, in addition to each of the members of a top-3 ranked relay team. Only USTFCCCA member programs are eligible for awards.
Cox dominated the hurdles in the West region. The junior won every race he competed in as he garnered All-Region for the 110- and 400-meter hurdles. He also earned the honor once during his freshman year, making it three All-Region awards.
Neufeld-Griffin earned his first All-Region honor. He snagged the All-Region award with a quick time in the 1,500-meter run.
