2017 (Soccer)
Youngdahl was named the SCIAC Women’s Soccer Athlete of the Year…along with First Team All-SCIAC…member of the first team in the school’s history to make it to the Sweet Sixteen of the Division III NCAA Tournament...was named to the 2017 NCAA Division III Women’s All-West Region Second Team... also earned Scholar All-West Region Honors...started in 21 of the 22 games played her senior season… she found the back of the net 13 times… she finished her season ranked fourth in the Nation for scoring 7 game-winning goals...she also tallied 7 assists...she recorded 2 goals against Caltech (Oct. 16) in a 7-0 win...also recorded 2 goals against Pomona-Pitzer (Oct.25) in a 2-1 win...concluded the season with 32 shots on goal and a .516 shot on goal percentage...finished with 33 total points... inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for the fourth time. 

2016 (Soccer) - Season Stats Enhanced Stats
Played in all 21 games, making 20 starts for the Regals in her junior season…earned First Team All-SCIAC honors…named to Second Team All-West Region…tied for the team lead with six goals…scored the game winning goal in the opening match of the season against Whitman on Sept. 3…found the back of the net twice against Redlands on Sept. 14 to lead the team to a 2-1 victory…finished with two assists on the year…assists came against Lewis & Clark (Sept. 11) and Redlands (Oct. 8)…concluded the season with 24 shots on goal and a .444 shot on goal percentage…finished with 14 total points...inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for the third time.

Followed up her standout freshman campaign with a second straight First Team All-SCIAC selection…started in 18 of 19 games played…came on strong midway through the season…finished the year with three goals and three assists…third on the team with 48 shots and 22 shots on goal…tallied a .458 shot on goal percentage…scored the game-winner against La Verne on Oct. 7…scored a goal and recorded an assist in a 3-1 win over Pomona-Pitzer on Oct. 28...inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for the second time.

2014 (Soccer) - Season Stats Enhanced Stats 
Started all 21 games that she played in during her debut season for CLU…selected to NSCAA Third Team All-West Region as only freshman honored on any of three teams in 2014...earned First Team All-SCIAC honors…led the team with seven goals…had three assists on the year…totaled 17 points...had a career-high two assists in the SCIAC Postseason Tournament Semifinal match against Pomona-Pitzer on Nov. 5…scored the only goal for the Regals in the SCIAC championship against Redlands on Nov. 8…had five goals in a three-game span which helped spark a seven game winning streak and 12 game unbeaten streak…had multi-goal performances against Whittier (Oct. 1) and Occidental (Oct. 4)…also had a career-high 10 shots in game against Whittier…scored her first career goal against Pomona-Pitzer (Sept. 27)…finished season with 52 shots, ranking her fourth in the SCIAC…her 28 shots on goal ranked her third in the conference…named the SCIAC Athlete of the Week (Sept. 29-Oct. 5)...inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for the first time.

Graduated from Liberty HS in 2014…member of the Patriots soccer team…Second Team All-League for two years…lettered sophomore, junior and senior year…finished second place in state tournament in 2011, and third in 2012…won state championship junior year.

Full name: Kali Youngdahl…born on Dec. 30, 1995 in Monterey, Calif.…the oldest child of Erik Youngdahl and Eva Buhidar…younger brother is Ryan…family currently resides in Renton, Wash…had a dog Milors...considers scoring the tying goal in state semifinals as one of her greatest sports moments…chose CLU because of the small class sizes and the ability to play soccer while balancing academics…accounting major…career goal is to become a CPA or an international financial analyst...most vast memory of CLU athletics is supporting other teams.
