2020 (Track & Field)
In his sophomore season, he competed in the 110 and 400 hurdles… he led the nation in both events with times of 15.19 seconds in the 110 and 53.07 in the 400… named SCIAC Track Athlete of the Week once… won three individual events and a relay event during the shortened season… broke his own program record for the 400 hurdles with 53.07. 

2019 (Track & Field)
U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Region... All-SCIAC for his performance in the 4x100 relay... SCIAC Track Athlete of the Week once... Competed in four events as a freshman for the Kingsman…Recorded personal-best in the 4x100m relay (42.23), the 110 hurdles (15.46), the 400m (54.38), and the 4x400m relay (3:22.88)

Ventura HS ‘18
Two-time varsity letterwinner in track and football for the Cougars… Named to the All-Channel League, All-County and All-CIF teams as a sophomore, junior and senior in track.

Personal
From Ventura, California… Parents are Denise Chaparro and Josh Cox… Has five siblings: Hailey, Brody, Nathan, Arian and Clyde… Chose Cal Lutheran for its proximity to home.
