2017-18 (Swimming)
ALL-SCIAC SELECTION IN THE 200-FREE RELAY AND 400-FREE RELAY… New all-time program record holder with a career-best 51.44 in the 100-back, 49.74 in the 100-fly and 1:33.05 in the 200-medley relay… Competed in eight events as a senior for the Kingsmen… Recorded five of his top times at the SCIAC Swimming and Diving Championships: 20.83 in the 50-free, 47.11 in the 100-free, 51.44 in the 100-back, 56.26 in the 100-breast and 49.74 in the 100-fly… Additionally recorded his best time in the 50-fly of 24.98 and in the 100-individual medley of 1:00.56 at the Cal Lutheran Invitational… Also notched his best time of 2:01.14 in the 200-individual medley at the UC Santa Cruz Slug Invite.

2016-17 (Swimming)
Earned All-SCIAC as part of both the 200 Free (1:22.64) and 400 Free (3:03.50) Relay teams…also part of record setting 200 Medley Relay (1:35.33) at SCIAC Championships…secured season-best times of 20.79 in the 50 free, 45.97 in the 100 free, and 50.34 in the 100 fly at SCIAC Championships in his first season swimming for the Kingsmen.

Diablo Valley College 
Swam for two years at Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill, Calif.…set a national record for the 400 Medley Relay.

Clayton Valley High School
Graduated in 2014 from Clayton Valley HS in Concord, Calif.…swam for the Eagles…Four Time All-American.

Jacob Frigard…born Nov. 14, 1995 in Antioch, Calif.…parents are Lynda and Todd…has two siblings, Jayson and Joel…currently majoring in political science with aspirations to become a lawyer.
