2022 (Track & Field)
Competed at 8 meets… Finished 5th with a career best 5:54.71 in the mile at the Moorpark Open… Set a career best 2:35.85 in the 800m to finish 8th at the Redlands Invitational… Ran a career best 5:17.04 in the 1500m at the Pomona-Pitzer Invite… Won the 4x400m at the SCIAC 4-Way.

2021 (Cross Country)
Competed in six meets… Placed 71st at the SCIAC Championships with 26:16.1… Placed 116th at the NCAA West Region Championships with 25:54.8… Best finish was 20th at The Master’s University Invitational with 21:20.8… Fastest time in a 6k was the West Region Championships.

Pattonville High School ‘21
Competed for cross country, track & field and swim in the Suburban 12 league… Academic All-conference (seven times) , MVP, swim team captain, three-time sectionals qualifier in cross country, Second Team All-state in track, and scholar-athlete award (four times)… Second place at state in 2019… National Honor’s Society, Rho Kappa, National Science Honor Society, and Summa Cum Laude… Volunteered with church choir, Veterans Day breakfast, mission trips to Houston and Chicago, and SPCA.

Hometown is Maryland Heights, Missouri… Parents are Richard and Larissa… Has one sibling: Aaron… Choose Cal Lutheran because “I wanted to be able to form personal relationships with professors. I also liked that I could play my sport and remain focused on academics.”… Majoring in environmental science.
