2020 (Softball)
Workman appeared at pitcher in five games of her senior season… pitched 6.2 total innings… contributed three strikeouts… had one assist for a fielding percentage of 1.000… averaged 3.15 strikeouts per game… had back-to-back fly outs to relieve team of loaded bases versus Antelope Valley (Jan. 28). 

2019 (Softball)
Started 10 games and appeared in 33… mainly as a pitcher, she made all 10 starts in the circle and pitched in 18 games altogether… she was also a designated player… pitched 59.2 innings and struck out a team high 28 batters… led the team with four complete games and held opposing batters to an average of .312… she had a record of 3-5 and an ERA of 5.98… she pitched a complete game when the Regals defeated the No. 10 team in the nation, Williams (03/19), with a score of 3-1 as she struck out three batters and only allowed three hits… pitched another complete game in the Regals’ 6-2 win over Cortland (03/17) and recorded three strikeouts and just six hits… had a season high four strikeouts versus (Chapman) and three strikeouts in five more games… at the plate, she recorded six hits and had a batting average of .182… she tallied six runs and one RBI… she had one double and touched seven total bases with a slugging percentage of .212… she drew five walks and had an on base percentage of .289.

2018 (Softball) 
Played in 30 games as a sophomore for the Regals… Started 15 of her 16 appearances as a pitcher with six complete games and 5-9 record… Finished with a 3.46 ERA, allowing 40 earned runs on 94 hits in 81.0 innings of work with 21 walks and 32 strikeouts… Averaged 2.77 punchouts per seven innings... Recorded a season-high seven strikeouts against Western Conn. State on March 12, not allowing an earned run in the complete game… Hit .246 on the season with 17 hits, eight runs, 14 RBI, four doubles, one triple and one home run in 69 at-bats… Had a .333 on-base percentage and .377 slugging percentage… Her triple came against Chapman on April 20 and her home run against La Verne on February 24.

2017 (Softball) 
Served as a two-way player for the Regals as a true freshman…started 15 games in the outfield (13 in right field, two in centerfield), two as the designated player and pitched in 13 games…appeared in 26 games…served as the leadoff batter 13 times…finished with 11 hits including one double and two triples…drew seven walks…scored eight runs and recorded five RBIs…went 2-for-2 in stolen bases…also made 13 appearance in the circle, earning a 4-2 pitching record with one combined shutout…tallied 32.0 innings pitched...struck out 22 batters and limited opposing hitters to a team-low .252 batting average against...finished with 2.62 ERA…recorded 17 putouts and 3 assists during the season....inducted into the CLU Scholar Athlete Society for the first time.

Canyon High School
Graduated in 2016 from Canyon HS…played varsity softball for four years.
