Gregory Pimentel - Baseball

Why did you choose Cal Lutheran?
"It was close to home, and great financial aid. Opportunity to play baseball and win a national championship."

What is your major/minor and what are you excited about it?
"Political Science, Criminal Justice: Being a double major in Political Science & Criminal Justice has been an awesome experience. These two fields have given me so much insight and experience into public policy and how that policy impacts our communities once it's in place. I have had the opportunity to do a lot of experiential learning because of these majors. For example I have interned with United States Congresswoman Julia Brownley, and California State Senator Robert Hertzberg. I currently intern with the county of Ventura, and specifically work with their Probation department."

Favorite academic memory at Cal Lutheran?
"Being elected Student Body President."

Favorite athletic memory at Cal Lutheran?
"Winning the SCIAC tournament and being able to play in a NCAA regional."
