2020 (Volleyball)
Played middle blocker in 22 matches and 79 sets of his senior season… contributed 178 kills, averaging 2.25 kills per set… added 331 total attacks with just 38 errors for a team high hitting percentage of .423… had 10 service aces… added 31 digs… tallied the team high 65 blocks with 50 block assists and averaged 0.82 blocks per set… totaled 228 points… had 15 kills versus Augustana (Feb. 2)… hit .833 versus Lakeland (Jan. 10)... for a career, has the highest attack percentage (.347) and the most blocks (287) in program history... has the third-most kills with 608... inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for the fourth time.

2019 (Volleyball)
Started all 24 matches and played in all 86 sets… a staple in the middle of the defense, the junior middle blocker led the team and was 27^th in the nation with 0.90 blocks per set…. Helped CLU rank sixth in the nation with 2.33 blocks per set… in total, he tallied 11 solo blocks and a team high 77 block assists… offensively, he added 164 kills, with 1.91 per set, with a .356 hitting percentage. His percentage was the 25^th best in the nation and is the highest in a season in program history. Overall, he has a .319 clip, which is the highest mark in program history… he added eight service aces and two assists… had a season high eight total blocks against MIT (03/25) and 15 kills with a .400 attacking percentage in an upset at No. 4 Stevens (03/29)… was third on the team with 216 points and averaged 2.51 per set...inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for the third time.

2018 (Volleyball)
One of two players to appear in all 27 matches...Appeared in a team high 88 sets as sophomore for the Kingsmen...Contributed 164 kills which is the third highest on the team...Recorded the second best hitting percentage at .317 (minimum 200 attempts*)...Season high-15 kills against North Central (Feb. 2)...Led the team in solo blocks (16), block assists (70), and total blocks (86)...Season-high nine total blocks against Hope International (Jan. 20)...Recorded third most service aces with 14...Tallied 37 digs...Contributed the third most total points with 229... Inducted into the Scholar-Athlete Society for the second time. 

2017 (Volleyball)
Made an immediate impact in his first collegiate season, finishing second on the squad with a .266 hitting percentage, 59 total blocks, 50 block assists and nine solo stops…as a true freshman he appeared in 67 sets over 24 matches…made his collegiate debut against the University of Mt. Olive (N.C.)(Jan. 9)…had two solo blocks in a pair of contests including then No. 4 UCSC (Feb. 11) and NAIA then No. 10 Clarke (Iowa)(Mar. 6)…recorded .88 blocks per set…added 102 kills on 222 attempts for 1.52 kills per set…tallied four service aces and four assists…also recorded 21 digs…finished with 140.0 total points for 2.1 per set…had three double-figure kill showings including a career-best 12 digs against Clarke... inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for the first time.

Northwest Career and Technical Academy
Graduated in 2016 in Las Vegas, Nev….played 2 years of soccer and volleyball for the Hawks…garnered 1^st Team All-Conference honors…was the MVP in the Centennial High School Tournament…helped his team to 5^th place in the La Jolla High School Tournament…sent the winning kill over the net against the 6^th ranked team in the tournament, which he considers his greatest personal sports moment…volunteered at the TCMI Food Pantry, Catholic Charities Soup Kitchen, and Lied Animal Dog shelter in high school.

Full name: Justin Dietrich… parents are Dana and Jeff Dietrich…has a sister, Delani (16), who runs cross country and track and field…currently majoring in Exercise Science…chose Cal Lu because of the location, volleyball team, and the atmosphere…aspires to be a physical therapist.
