BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — After a stormy Labor Day Classic weekend, tournament host, Birmingham-Southern College, announced their 12-man all-tournament team Tuesday morning. Two Cal Lutheran Kingsmen, freshmen Igor Lumbrano and Jose Olea, were honored by the selection committee for their performances in the team's contests against the Birmingham-Southern Panthers and the Berry Vikings.

Lumbrano started both games for the Kingsmen in the midfield. He notched four shots against the Panthers on Saturday, and added another against the Vikings the following morning.

Olea, who earned his first start as a Kingsmen against Berry, recorded two shots on the weekend, and one on goal against Birmingham-Southern. 

The Kingsmen return to William Rolland Stadium this Wednesday, September 5, for their home and conference opener. They look to secure their first win of the season against the Occidental Tigers at 7 p.m. PST.
