2014 (Track & Field)
Concluded career with strong final season...earned All-SCIAC honors in the 1500m race...finished fifth at the SCIAC Championships in the event after clocking a time of 4:45.76 (May 3)...also took seventh in the 800m run where she ran it in a time of 2:22.22...earlier in the season, ran the fifth fastest time in school history in the 5000m race, clocking a time of 10:22.78.

2013 (Cross Country)
Capped career in strong fashion, earning First Team All-SCIAC honors after finishing 10th at the SCIAC Championships in a time of 23:56.21 (Nov. 2)...took 13th at the NCAA West Regionals, improving her time to 22:51.24 (Nov. 16)...also competed at the SCIAC Multi-Duals, running the race in a time of 22:52.30 (Oct. 18)...earned USTFCCCA All-Academic recognition.

2013 (Track & Field)

Earned All-SCIAC honors as she took first place in the 800 meter run at the SCIAC Championships...broke the school record with a time of 2:16.05...finished 20th at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships...finished second to her teammate Melissa Skiba in the 1,500 meter run at the SCIAC Championships, clocking a time of 4:34.30 which is also third fastest in school history...also owns the 6th fastest 3,000 meter run time in history, clocking a 1:41.01 during 2013.

2012 (Track & Field)
Opened inaugural track & field career with her fastest 800m run of the season at the SCIAC multi-dual hosted by Occidental (March 3) in a time of 2:22.07…ran fastest 1500m with a time of 4:52.35 on April 7.


2011 (Cross Country)
Finished 44th overall at the SCIAC Cross Country Championships (Oct. 29) with a time of 26:53.46…recorded a time of 25:06.8 for a 108th place finish at the NCAA Division III West Regional Cross Country Championships (Nov. 12).


2011 (Track & Field)
Ran the third leg for CLU in the distance medley relay at the Rossi Relays (Feb. 26), helping her team record a 12:39.18 in that event...that distance medley time was the fastest turned in this season, and second-fastest ever recorded in CLU history...other top times recorded in her inaugural season at Cal Lutheran include a 2:25.35 in the 800m at the Occidental Distance Carnival (March 11) and a 5:07.38 in the 1,500m at the Westmont Collegiate Classic (March 26).

2010 (Cross Country)

Recorded a time of 27:08.07 to finish 76th at the SCIAC Championships...ran fourth-fastest Cal Lutheran time (26:20.1) at the Cal State Fullerton Opener on the 5k course at the UC Riverside Invitational (21:27.8) and at the Pomona-Pitzer Cross Country Invitational (26:49.4).

El Camino Real High School
Member of Conquistadors varsity track and field team for three years...cross country two seasons...finished sixth in CIF LA City section...recalled greatest personal sports moment was recording four personal bests in a row.
