2017 (Track & Field)
Concluded her career at Cal Lutheran with two PRs in the 1500m and the 5000m, which she ran for the first time…improved upon her previous best 1500m time by four seconds with a 5:49.86 at the Pomona-Pitzer Invite…ran both the 1500m and the 5k at SCIAC Championships, where she recorded a 23:49.

 

2016 (Cross Country)
Competed in the SCIAC Championship and ran a time of 33:13.02 6K (Oct. 29)… at the Biola Invitational she ran a 22:31.18… her fastest 5K of the season and career (Sept. 10)… ran her fastest 6K of the season with a time of 30:00.76 at the Pomona- Pitzer Invite...inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for the fourth time.

 

2016 (Track & Field)
Placed 24th overall at the SCIAC Championships (Apr. 30) with a season-best time of 5:57.07 in the 1500m…inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for a third time…earned SCIAC All-Academic honors...featured for Division III Week.

 

2015-16 (Swimming)
Recorded three season-best times at the SCIAC Championships in the 50 free (26.15), 100 free (58.88) and the 100 backstroke (1:09.47)…helped the ‘B’ 200 Free Relay to a 16th place finish overall as the leadoff leg. 

2015 (Cross Country)
Appeared in four meets for the Regals as a junior…fastest 5K came at the Mustang Challenge (Sep. 19) with a time of 24:53.23…fastest 6K came at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational (Oct. 3) with a time of 29:49.01…member of the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team in 2015.

2015 (Track & Field)
Three-sport athlete for the Regals…competed at the SCIAC Championships (May 2) and placed 30th overall with a time of 5:58.64 in the 1500m…named to the SCIAC All-Academic team…inducted into the CLU Scholar Athlete Society for the second time.

2014-15 (Swimming)
Tallied three season-best times in the 50 free (26.29), 100 free (1:00.36) and 100 backstroke (1:07.24) at the SCIAC Championships on Feb. 19…swam the leadoff leg of the 200 Free Relay (1:42.56) and 400 Medley Relay (4:16.16) to lead the Regals to a seventh and eighth place finish, respectively…captured a first place finish in the 100 free (1:02.35) in a dual-meet victory over Caltech on Feb. 7.

2014 (Cross Country)
Competed at the SCIAC Championships where she ran a time of 32:42.51…ran her fastest 6K of the season and her career best at the SCIAC Multi-Duals (Oct. 17) with a time of 28:30.86…went 25:43.30 in the 5K at the Mustang Challenge on Sept. 20…earned SCIAC All-Academic honors.

2014 (Track & Field)
Competed in the 1500m race during her inaugural season for the Regals…finished with a time of 5:56.38 at the SCIAC Championships (May 3)…inducted into CLU Scholar Athlete Society for first time.

2013-14 (Swimming)
Recorded three season-best times at the SCIAC Championships (Feb. 21)…swam the 50 free in a time of 27.15…also completed the 100 free in a top time of 1:01.32…rounded out her conference championship meet with a time of 1:10.87 in the 100 backstroke…also competed in the 100 breaststroke during the season.

2013 (Cross Country)
Competed at the SCIAC Championships, completing the race in a time of 36:12.66 (Nov. 2)…earned USTFCCCA All-Academic recognition.

Saugus High School
Graduated from Saugus HS in Saugus, Calif. in 2013…ran three years of cross country and one year of track and field for the Centurions…was a three-year member of the SHS swimming team and played one year of volleyball…part of a 2012 cross country team at SHS that won its 7th straight state title in Division II as part of the Foothill League…the team was ranked 12th in the nation…credits her greatest personal sports moment to a HS race against Dos Pueblos in which she set a PR after hearing her coach yelling “This is the best race of your life, now you have to finish it.”
