2016 (Track & Field)
Capped off an incredible four-year career by winning the National Javelin title at the 2016 NCAA Division III Women’s Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 28)…won with a throw of 48.21m on her first attempt…becomes the first four-time NCAA Division III All-American in CLU history…named SCIAC Athlete of the Week for performance (May 23-29)…earned USTFCCCA All-West Region honors…earned All-SCIAC honors after capturing a fourth consecutive SCIAC Javelin title…becomes the first athlete in CLU history to win the same event four straight years…won by more than four meters with a throw of 44.50m at the SCIAC Championships (Apr. 29)…inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for the second time…earned SCIAC All-Academic honors...earned USTFCCAA All-Academic accolade. 

2015 (Track & Field)
Named the USTFCCCA West Regional Field Athlete of the Year…earned her third straight All-America selection…qualified for the NCAA Division III National Championships (May 21) where she placed fourth overall…ranked number one in the Nation in Division III in Javelin with a mark of 48.89m that she set at the Mt. Sac Relays (Apr. 16)…cruised to victory at the SCIAC Championships (May 2) to capture her third consecutive individual title in the Javelin…set the SCIAC and CLU Javelin record at Rossi Relays (Feb. 28) with throw of 48.96m...earned USTFCCCA Athlete of the Week honors for first time in career on Apr. 7…placed first in the Javelin a total of eight times during the season…earned USTFCCCA All-Academic recognition…named to the SCIAC All-Academic team.

2014 (Track & Field)
Continued to be one of the premier javelin throwers in Division III…was the National Runner-Up at the NCAA National Outdoor Track & Field Championships…won the SCIAC title for the javelin for the second consecutive year…is second all-time at CLU with a mark of 46.98 meters…selected to the SCIAC All-Academic Team…inducted into CLU Scholar Athlete Society for first time…earned USTFCCCA All-Academic recognition.

2013 (Track & Field)
Earned All-American honors in the javelin in first year of competing for the Regals…was injured for most of the year before capturing the SCIAC title with a throw of 45.54 meters which was also second best in school history…the conference winning throw also led Division III entering the National Championships…finished seventh at the national meet after ending with a throw of 42.16 meters.

2012 (Volleyball) Season Stats
Appeared in eight matches with two starts coming as the setter…finished with 102 assists and 22 digs…had a career-high 48 assists against Hardin-Simmons (Sept. 7)…had 28 assists and a season-high eight digs the next day in a five-set win over Pacific (Sept. 8).

Bothell High School
Graduated from Bothell HS in 2012…was a member of volleyball, track and tennis teams…earned three straight Second Team All-League honors (2009-11)...also holds school record for Javelin throw.
