2014 (Track & Field)
Earned All-SCIAC honors for the second year in a row...was a part of CLU's 4x 400m relay team that took sixth at the SCIAC Championships (May 3)...also finished 11th individually in the 800m race, clocking a time of 1.57.95.

2013 (Cross Country)
Ran CLU's top time of 27:33.53 at the NCAA West Regionals (Nov. 16)...also ran a time of 28:09.36 and finished 54th at the SCIAC Championships (Nov. 2)...earned USTFCCCA All-Academic recognition.

2013 (Track & Field)
Earned All-SCIAC honors after placing second in the 800 meters at the SCIAC Championships...ran a time of 1:53.77...part of 4x 400 meter relay team that finished fifth at the conference championships with a time of 3:19.21.
