2015 (Track & Field)
Earned All-SCIAC honors after placing third in the Discus (41.54m) at the SCIAC Championships (May 2)…also competed in the Hammer Throw where he placed fifth with a toss of 45.69m…finished 11^th overall in the Javelin with a throw of 45.88m…placed 18^th in the Shot Put with a distance of 10.70m…named to the SCIAC All-Academic team…inducted into the CLU Scholar Athlete Society for the third time.

2014 (Track & Field)
Earned a top 10 finish at the SCIAC Championships in the discus, taking eighth place after a heave of 39.56 meters (May 3)...also took eighth in the hammer-throw, where he finished with a final mark of 42.99 meters...also took 15th in the shot put, recording a mark of 12.72 meters (May 3)...inducted into CLU Scholar Athlete Society for second time...selected to the SCIAC All-Academic team.

2013 (Track & Field)
Finished second and recorded a personal best throw of 12.85 in the shot-put at the Oxy-Lu Last Chance Qualifier...recorded a mark of 12.58 in the shot-put at the SCIAC Championships...was third in the discus at the SCIAC No. 3 with a toss of 40.20 meters...also took fourth in the hammer-throw with a mark of 38.04 meters...inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for the first time.

Franklin High School
Graduated in 2012…ran four years of track for the Wildcats…named Field Athlete of the Year in 2011...credits his greatest personal sports moment to setting a pair of throwing records at FHS.

Full name: William Zimmerle…born on September 16, 1993 in Elk Grove, Calif…parents are Rachelle and Daryl Zimmerle…has a sister Jessica…has three pets, Addie, Charlie and Bubba…has done volunteer work with the Salvation Army and his church…chose CLU because he loved the atmosphere and the campus…currently majoring in Geology with a minor in Religion…career aspirations are to go into hydrology.
