2017 (Track & Field)
Set a personal record in the 3000m (9:28.16) as a senior for the Kingsmen…achieved a season best of 4:16.88 in the 1500m at the Oxy Distance Carnival…additionally secured a personal best in the mile (4:38.58) at the Westmont Sunshine Open.

2016 (Cross Country)
Competed in all six meets of the season for the Kingsmen as a senior… ran a career best 8K at the Biola Invitational with a time of 27:25.36 (Sept. 10)… ran his second career best 8K at the Pomona- Pitzer Invitational with the time of 28:14.09 (Oct.15)… competed at the NCAA DIII West Regionals and ran an 8K in the time of 30:03.10 (Nov. 11) …average time of the season was a 28:42.57...inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for the fourth time.

2016 (Track & Field)
Placed 18^th overall in the 1500m with a season-best time of 4:16.42 at the SCIAC Championships (Apr. 30)…placed 36^thin the 5000m with another season-best time of 16:39.27…season-best time in the 800m came at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational in 2:04.93 (Apr. 9)…inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for a third time…earned SCIAC All-Academic honors.

2015 (Cross Country)
Appeared in all six meets for the Kingsmen as a junior…ran a career best 8K at the NCAA DIII West Regionals (Nov. 14) with a time of 29:26.48…ran a SCIAC Championship (Oct. 31) time of 30:04.44…ran an average time of 30:02.65 for the season…member of USTFCCCA All-Academic Team in 2015...inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for the third time.

2015 (Track & Field)
Competed in the 800m at the SCIAC Championships (May 2) and ran a season-best time of 2:07.31…placed 20^th overall at the SCIAC No. 3 meet (Apr. 11) with a time of 4:27.35 in the 1500m…named to the SCIAC All-Academic team…inducted into the CLU Scholar Athlete Society for the second time. 

2014 (Cross Country)
Competed in four cross country meets as a sophomore…fastest 8K came at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational (Oct. 4) with a time of 30:15.30…ran a SCIAC Championship (Nov. 1) time of 31:42.93…named to the SCIAC All-Academic team.

2014 (Track & Field)
Clocked a time of 10:11.50 in the 3000m run at the Rossi Relays (Feb. 22)…inducted into CLU Scholar Athlete Society for first time.

2013 (Cross Country)
Ran a time of 31:27.49 at the NCAA West Regionals (Nov. 16).

Attended Oxnard College in 2013…did not compete for any athletic programs.
