Appeared in four meets for the Kingsmen as a senior… ran an 8K career best at the Biola Invitational with a time of 27:47.54 (Sept. 10)… competed at the SCIAC Multi-Duals and ran an 8K in the time of 30:15.31 (Oct. 1)… he had an average time of 28:56.44 for the season.
2016 (Track & Field)
Placed 21st overall in the 5000m at the SCIAC Championships (Apr. 30) with a time of 15:46.85…ran the fastest 5000m of the season for CLU with a time of 15:37.02 at the Oxy Invitational (May 7)…season-best time of 4:11.89 in the 1500m came at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational (Apr. 9)…ran the 3,000m in 9:19.36 at the Rossi Relays Invitational (Feb. 27) to move into ninth all-time in CLU history…inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for the second time…earned SCIAC All-Academic honors.
2015 (Cross Country)
Appeared in 3 meets for the Kingsmen in his second year of competition…fastest 8K came at the UC Riverside Invitational (Sep. 12) with a time of 28:07.1…ran an average of time of 29:10.74 for the season…member of USTFCCCA All-Academic Team in 2015.
2015 (Track & Field)
Placed 16th overall in the 5000m at the SCIAC Championships (May 2) with a time of 15:38.08…also competed in the 1500m where he clocked a time of 4:09.55 to place 14th in the preliminaries…came away with first place in the 5000m (16:06.94) at the SCIAC No. 3 meet (Apr. 11)…had a season-best time of 4:05.30 in the 1500m at the Bryan Clay Invitational (Apr. 17)…inducted into the CLU Scholar Athlete Society.
2014 (Cross Country)
Competed in three cross country meets in his debut season as a sophomore…fastest 8K came at the SCIAC Multi-Duals (Oct. 17) with a time of 29:37.62.
