2017 (Track & Field)
Earned personal bests in the 800m, 1500m, and mile during his final season for the Kingsmen…ran 1.67 seconds faster than his best 800m time, clocking in at 2:02.81 at the Oxy Distance Classic…achieved a 16-second personal best in the 1500m with a 4:21.39 at the Pomona-Pitzer Invite…bested his previous record in the mile by 22 seconds, running a 4:47.08 at the Westmont Sunshine Open.

 

2016 (Cross Country)
Ran a career best 8k at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational with a time of 29:52.73… competed at the SCIAC Championships finishing the 8K  with a time of 30:56.61 (Oct. 29)… his average time of the season 30:24.67.

2016 (Track & Field)
Competed at the SCIAC Championships (Apr. 30) and placed 28th overall in the 800m after running a season-best time of 2:06.59…ran a season-best time of 4:37.33 in the 1500m at the Oxy Distance Carnival (Mar. 11). 

2015 (Cross Country)
Appeared in four meets for the Kingsmen in his first year of competition…fastest 8k came at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational (Oct. 3) with a time of 30:25.49…ran an average time of 32:25.10 for the season…member of USTFCCCA All-Academic Team in 2015.

2015 (Track & Field)
Competed at the SCIAC Championships (May 2) where he clocked a time of 2:10.84 in the 800m…at the SCIAC No. 3 meet (Apr. 11) ran a time of 4:47.57 in the 1500m.

2014 (Track & Field)
Ran the 1500m race the SCIAC Championships in a time of 4:49.74 (May 3)...had a season-best time of 4:40.29 at the Occidental Distance Carnival (March 14).

Reseda High School 
Graduated in 2013…participated in varsity track for two years…honored as the distance captain his senior year…team earned Valley  Mission League Championship in 2012 and 2013.
