2016 (Cross Country)
Ran his career best 8K at the Biola Invitational with a time of 27:56.33 (Sept. 10)…  ran his second career fastest 8K at the UC Riverside Invitational with a time of 28:12.14 (Sept.17)… ran a 28:45.80 8K at  in the NCAA DIII West Regionals (Nov.12)… has and average time of 28:36.17.

2015 (Track & Field)
Placed 13^th overall in the 5,000m with his time of 15:33.25 at the SCIAC Championships (May 2)…also competed in the 10,000m where he clocked a time of 35:13.62 to place 16^th…ran the 3,000m at the On Your Mark Meet (Jan. 31) and clocked a time of 9:46.29.

2014 (Cross Country)
Competed in all five cross country meets in his debut season for the Kingsmen…fastest 8K came at the SCIAC Multi-Duals (Oct. 17) with a time of 28:27.73…ran a SCIAC Championship (Nov. 1) time of 30:01.27.

Calvin College
Attended Calvin College in Grand Rapids, MI for one year…One-year member of the Knights cross country team…One-year member of the Knights track and field team.

Sheldon High School
Graduated from Sheldon HS in Eugene, Ore. in 2013…Three-year member of Irish cross country and track and field team…received fourth place in the state for cross country.
