Clocked a time of 4:24.42 in the 1500m at the SCIAC Championships (May 2)…also competed in the 5000m where he placed 41^st overall with a time of 16.33.25…named to the SCIAC All-Academic team…inducted into the CLU Scholar Athlete Society for the third time.

2014 (Cross Country)
Competed in four cross country meets as a senior…fastest 8K came at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational (Oct. 4) with a time of 28:29.10…ran a SCIAC Championship (Nov. 1) time of 29:13.50…named to the SCIAC All-Academic team.

2013 (Track & Field)
Took 20th at the SCIAC Championships in the 5000 meter race with a season-best time of 15:43.02…took seventh at the SCIAC No. 2 in the same event with a time of 16:01.67…ran a time of 15:56.89 at the Occidental Distance Carnival…inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for the first time.

2013 (Cross Country)
Was CLU's second best finisher at the NCAA West Regionals, finishing in a time of 27.48.14 (Nov. 16)…was the Kingsmen's top finisher at the SCIAC Championships, coming in 32nd overall after clocking a time of 27:33.70 (Nov. 2)…inducted into CLU Scholar Athlete Society for second time…selected to the SCIAC All-Academic Team…earned USTFCCCA All-Academic recognition.

2012 (Cross Country)
Placed 35th at the SCIAC Championships in a time of 27:47.49 to lead the CLU runners…ran a 25:59.53 at the West Regionals to place 45th…ran his fastest 6K time of the season, 27:03.8, at the 2012 Pomona-Pitzer Invitational…inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for the first time.

2011 (Cross Country)
Led Cal Lutheran during his collegiate debut at the Cal State Fullerton Opener (Sept. 3) earning a top-100 finish overall…completed the 8k course in a time of 27:38.6…took 55th at the SCIAC Multi-Duals (Oct. 15)…finished 70th at the SCIAC Championships (Oct. 29) completing the 8k course in 29:24.35…finished 75th overall with a time of 27:30.3 at the NCAA Division III West Regional Cross Country Championships (Nov. 12).

Thousand Oaks High School
Graduated from Thousand Oaks High School in 2011…earned four varsity letters as a member of the Lancers cross country team…ran track and field for four years and earned two varsity letters and played one year of basketball…earned Third Team All-Marmonte League honors in 2011…member of CIF championship team…same squad finished runner-up in state…member of Marmonte League champion teams in 2008 and 2011…ranked No. 10 in the nation during the 2008 season.
