2015 (Cross Country)
Appeared in three meets for the Kingsmen as a senior…fastest 8K came at the NCAA DIII West Regional (Nov. 14) with a time of 27:25.49 and a 46^th place finish…ran an average time of 27:32.81 for the season…member of USTFCCCA All-Academic Team in 2015…inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for a third time.

2015 (Track & Field)
Advanced to the 1500m finals at the SCIAC Championships (May 2) where he earned points for CLU with an eighth place finish (3:59.74)…his time moved him into eighth place all-time in CLU history…broke the CLU 3000m record with his time of 8:51.53 at the Rossi Relays (Feb. 28)…named to the SCIAC All-Academic team…inducted into the CLU Scholar Athlete Society for the second time. 

2014 (Cross Country)
Competed in all five cross country meets as a junior…fastest 8K came at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational (Oct. 4) with a time of 26:36.10…ran a SCIAC Championship (Nov. 1) time of 27:10.96 and was just shy of All-SCIAC contention with a 22^nd place finish…earned SCIAC All-Academic honors…part of USTFCCCA All-Academic team for second straight season.

2014 (Track & Field)
Earned three spots on the CLU All-Time charts in his first season for the Kingsmen…earned third best time in school history in the 3000m when he had a time of 9:05.08…had the fifth best time in school history in the 5000m race with a time of 15:09.60…also had the 10th best time in CLU history in the 1500m race when he clocked a time of 4:01.63…just missed out on earning All-SCIAC honors with a 10 place finish at the SCIAC Championships in the 1500m race (May 3)…also selected to the SCIAC All-Academic Team…inducted into CLU Scholar Athlete Society for first time.

2013 (Cross Country)
Ran a time of 28:19.37 at the NCAA West Regionals (Nov. 16)…also ran a time of 29:33.38 at the SCIAC Championships (Nov. 2)…earned USTFCCCA All-Academic recognition.

Ventura College
Graduated from Ventura College in 2013…ran one year of cross country and two seasons of track and field for the Pirates…named to the All-Western State Conference Team in 2011…earned All-WSC for Steeplechase during 2012 track season…named a 2013 Scholar-Athletes for track and field.

Ventura High School
Graduated from Ventura HS in Ventura, Calif. in 2011…earned eight varsity letters for the Cougars, four for each cross country and track and field…named to the All-Channel League for XC in 2011…two-time CIF finalist for cross country in 2010 and 2009…2013 State Championships XC top 30 finisher…part of four-time Channel League champion cross country team…team placed sixth at 2010 State Championship meet…credits greatest personal sports moment as racing at States at Woodward Park in 2010.
