2016 (Track & Field)
Broke into the all-time CLU Top-10 list for the 3,000m Steeplechase after breaking the 10 minute barrier and running a time of 9:58.95 at the Occidental Invitational (May 7)…placed 10^th in the Steeplechase at the SCIAC Championships (Apr. 29)…helped the 4x400m Relay to a fifth place overall finish with a time of 3:25.16…ran a season-best time of 2:04.16 in the 800m at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational (Apr. 9).

2015 (Cross Country)
Appeared in all six meets for the Kingsmen as a senior…fastest 8K came at the UC Riverside Invitational (Sep. 12) with a time of 28:08.50…ran a SCIAC Championship (Oct. 31) time of 29.01.12…ran an average time of 28:54.36 for the season…member of USTFCCCA All-Academic Team in 2015.

2015 (Track & Field)
Placed ninth overall in the 3000m Steeplechase with a time of 10:04.78 at the SCIAC Championships (May 2)…moved into eighth all-time in CLU history with a time of 9:22.86 in the 3000m at the Sunshine Open (Feb. 7)…placed second in the 3000m Steeplechase at the SCIAC No. 1 meet (Mar. 7).

2014 (Cross Country)
Competed in all five cross country meets as a junior…fastest 8K came at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational (Oct. 4) with a time of 28:15.40…ran a SCIAC Championship (Nov. 1) time of 28:48.99.

2014 (Track & Field)
Took 12th at the SCIAC Championships in the 3000 meter steeplechase, clocking a time of 10:17.35 (May 3)…also competed in the 1500m race during the SCIAC No. 1, recording a time of 4:29.14 (March 8)…improved his 1500m time by two seconds at the PLNU Scoring Meet (March 29)…also competed in 800 meter race.

2013 (Cross Country)
Ran a time of 27:54.73 at the NCAA West Regionals (Nov 16)…also clocked a time of 28:56.52 at the SCIAC Championships (Nov. 2)…earned USTFCCCA All-Academic recognition.

2013 (Track & Field)
Enjoyed a strong debut season for the Kingsmen…took second in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the SCIAC No. 3 with a time of 10:13.76…was 38th in the 5000 meter race at the SCIAC Championships, clocking a time of 16:16.27.

2012 (Cross Country)
Placed 48th at the SCIAC Championships in a time of 28:20.21 as the second CLU harrier home…ran a 27:09.08 6K at West Regionals to place 95^th…ran his fastest 6K of the season, 22.18, at the 2012 Westmont College Cross Country Invitational.  

Arroyo Grande High School
2012 graduate…ran cross country and track for the Eagles…played golf…named Second Team All-PAC-7 for track in 2012…part of team that placed 10th in CIF section 5 for cross country in 2011…scholar athlete.
