2011 (Track & Field)
Occupies eighth place all-time with his result of 15:32.85 in the 5,000m
run at the Occidental Invitational (May 7)...other top times recorded this season
include a 4:08.41 performance in the 1,500m at the Westmont Collegiate Classic
(March 26) and a 10:04.13 effort in the 3000m steeplechase at the SCIAC
Championships (April 29-30). 

2010 (Cross Country)
Finished 79th at the NCAA Division III West Regionals (28:11.44)...finished
41st at the SCIAC Championships (28:19.55)...turned in the second-quickest CLU
time at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational finishing 83rd place (28:40.6)...earned
34th place finish with his time of 28:43.01 in the 8k run at the SCIAC
Multi-Duals (28:43.01)...turned in the second-fasted CLU time (27:23.2) at the
UC Riverside Invitational.

2010 (Track & Field)
Finished 23rd in the 5,000 meters at the SCIAC Championships with a time of
16:38.06.

2009 (Cross Country)
Took 45th at the SCIAC Championships with fastest 8k run of season
(28:15.70)...finished 70th at West Regional Championships (28:27.95).

2009 (Track & Field)
Recorded top finish of 14th in the 800 meters (2:01.83) at the SCIAC
Championship meet...also took 19th in the 5,000 meters (16:05.61)...recorded
fourth fastest 3,000 meter time (9:28.44) since 2003.

2008 (Cross Country)
Made his collegiate debut on Oct. 18 at the SCIAC Multi-Duals and finished 63rd
(30:17.68)...posted his top freshman time at the NCAA West Regional in Salem,
Ore. with a time of 28:35.55 (86th).

Thomas Jefferson High School
Graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in Denver, Colo. in 2008...ran for
the Spartans cross country and track & field teams...named all-city runner
in 2006 and 2007.
