2014 (Track & Field)
Became a four time All-SCIAC recipient after helping CLU to two top six finishes in the sprint relays at the SCIAC Championships (May 3)...ran the third leg of CLU's fifth place finishing 4x 100m relay team, finishing in a time of 42.72...also ran the anchor leg of the 4x 400m relay team that took sixth after recording a time of 3:23.40...earlier in the year, helped CLU to a 41.84 time in the 4x 100m relay that was the seventh fastest in school history...competing at the University of Washington Open (indoor), helped CLU compete in the program's first 4x 200m relay race, clocking a time of 1:31.37.

2013 (Track & Field)
Earned All-SCIAC honors for the third year in a row...part of 4x 100 meter relay team that qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships...team ran the seventh fastest time in school history with a 41.63...also a part of record-setting 4x 400 meter relay team...team clocked a 3:17.18 which was also seventh fastest in school history.

2011 (Track & Field)
Named to the SCIAC All-Conference team due to his finish in the 4x400m relay at the SCIAC Championships (Apr. 29-30)...ran the third leg of the 4x400m relay, helping his team finish sixth at the SCIAC Championships with a time of 3:24.89...also recorded a top time of 50.33 in the 400m at SCIAC Quad Meet No. 2 (Apr. 2 ).

2010 (Track & Field)
Ran the opening leg for the 4x400-meter relay team that won the SCIAC title with a time of 3:16.10 and qualified for the NCAA National Championships where it finished 12th with a time of 3:15.02...helped the 4x400-meter relay team post the second fastest time in CLU history (3:14.83)...finished sixth in the 400-meter dash at the SCIAC Championships (50.13).

Casa Roble High School
Graduated from Casa Roble High School in Orangevale, Calif. in 2009...was a member of the football, basketball and track teams for the Rams...earned first team all-league honors in football and track...played on the 13-0 section championship football team.
