Named to the All-Conference team due to his finish in the 4x400m relay 
at the SCIAC Championships (Apr. 29-30)...ran the anchor leg of the 4x400m
relay, helping his team finish sixth at the SCIAC Championships with a 
time of 3:24.89...recorded a 50.82, his fastest 400m time of the season, 
at SCIAC Quad Meet No. 3 (Apr. 16). 

2010
Was the second leg on the 4x400 meter relay team that won the SCIAC 
Championship with a time of 3:16.10 and qualified for the NCAA 
Championships where it finished 12th with a time of 3:15.02...finished 
10th in the 400-meter dash at the SCIAC Championships (50.78)...4x400 
relay team posted second best time in CLU history at 3:14.83.

2009
Member of 4x400 meter relay SCIAC Championship team...finished sixth in 
the 400 meter dash (49.94)...member of second fastest 4x400 meter relay 
team in school history (3:15.51) and third quickest 1,600 meter sprint 
medley relay squad (3:50.30).

Quartz Hill High School
Earned varsity letter in both football and track and field for the 
Rebels...earned podium finish at Golden League Championships twice in 
the 400 meters, along with once each as part of the QHHS 4x100 meter 
and 4x400 meter relay teams.
