Competed in a number of sprint events as well as the pole vault...ran the 100, 200 and 400m dashes...had a season-best time of 23.06 second in the 200m dash at the SCIAC No. 1 (March 8)...inducted into CLU Scholar Athlete Society for the fourth time...selected to the SCIAC All-Academic Team.

2013 (Track & Field)
Earned All-SCIAC honors as a part of the fifth place 4x 400 meter relay team...same team set seventh fastest time in school history with a time of 3:17.18...was fifth at the SCIAC No. 1 in the 400m dash with a time of 51.66...improved his time at the SCIAC No. 2 to 51.12...ran the 200m dash at the SCIAC No. 3 in a time of 23.02...inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for the third time.

2011 (Track & Field)

In his inaugural season at Cal Lutheran, Andrew Olson cleared a height of 3.95m (12-11.50) at the Westmont Collegiate Classic, his highest distance of the season...first year member of the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society.

Graduated in 2010...earned three varsity letters in track, two letters for football, and another letter as a member of the Bronco's soccer team...received All-League honors in track and field in 2009...was a member of the Academic All-League team on three occasions.

Full name: Andrew Clayton Olson...born on May 22, 1992 in Mission Viejo, Calif...parents are Brenda and David Olson...has a younger sister Emily who runs cross country and track for the Broncos and was part of the 2010 CIF Division-I championship team...family currently lives in Murrieta, Calif...chose CLU because of the quality education and beautiful location...currently majoring in English with an emphasis in writing and a double-minor in Philosophy and Political Science.
