2014 (Track & Field)
Took 20th at the SCIAC Championships in the 200m dash in a time of 23.686 (May 3)...also competed in the 400m dash...clocked a time of 53.57 in the 400m dash at the SCIAC No. 1 (March 8)...improved his time at the PLNU Scoring Meet, clocking a 53.21 (March 29).

2013 (Track & Field)
Placed 15th in the 200m dash at the SCIAC No. 3 with a time of 23.98...also finished 12th in the 400m dash in a time of 53.01...had lowest 400m time of the season at the SCIAC No. 2 with a time of 52.78...had lowest 200m dash time at the SCIAC No. 1 with a time of 23.46.

2011 (Track & Field)
Named to the SCIAC All-Conference team due to his finish in the 4x100m relay at the SCIAC Championships (Apr. 29-30)...ran the second leg of the 4x100m relay, helping his team finish fourth at the SCIAC Championships with a time of 42.19...that time is the ninth-fastest recorded in the program's history...other 2011 top times include an 11.57 in the 100m at the Rossi Relays (Feb. 26), 23.31 in the 200m at the Westmont Collegiate Classic (Mar. 26), and a 51.88 in the 400m at the SCIAC Championships.

Simi Valley High School
Graduated in 2010...earned two varsity letters in track and another letter as a member of the Pioneers soccer team.

Full name: Cody Clive Butcher...born on June 9, 1992 in Simi Valley, Calif....parents are Lori and Pete Butcher...has one older sister, Shandra, and one younger sister, Kayle... both sisters competed in high school cross country and track and field...family resides in Simi Valley, Calif...chose CLU because he wanted to run track...has served as a volunteer coach for the Simi Valley Running Rebels...currently majoring in Exercise Science...career goal is to become a Strength and Conditioning Coach.
