2013-14 (Swimming)
One of the most decorated male swimmers in CLU history had his senior season cut short by an injury that sidelined him after playing water polo during the fall of 2013 for the Violet and Gold.

2013 (Water Polo)
In his first season of water polo for the Kingsmen, Sheffer appeared in eight games with one start against Occidental (Nov. 16)…best game of his season and career came against Penn State-Behrend (Oct. 5) when he contributed two steals, two drawn ejections and three assists...earned ACWPC All-Academic Recogntion.

2012-13 (Swimming)
Recorded four season-best times at the SCIAC Championships (Feb.17-19) in the 100 Free (47.10), 100 Breast (58.39), 200 Breast (2:06.50) and 200 IM (1:54.68)…recorded four season-best times against Occidental (Jan. 26) in the 50 Free (21.98), 1000 Free (10:39.44), 200 Back (2:03.25) and 100 Fly (53.04)…recorded three season-best times at the Finis Invitational (Nov. 30-Dec. 2) in the 200 Free (1:49.83), 200 Fly (2:05.13) and 400 IM (4:18.80)…fastest times of the season also include a 27.46 in the 50 Breast at the Malibu Invitational (Oct. 26-27). 

2011-12 (Swimming)
Recorded three season best times at the SCIAC Championships (Feb. 19-21) in the 100 Breast (58.93), 200 Breast (2:09.35) and 200 IM (1:56.03)…recorded two season best times at the Malibu Invitational (Oct. 22) in the 50 Breast (28.24) and 100 Fly (56.98)…recorded two season best times at Caltech (Jan. 14) in the 50 Free (22.39) and 100 Back (1:00.63)… fastest times during the season also include a 49.01 at Whittier (Feb. 4) and a 4:29.64 in the 400 IM against Redlands (Jan. 21).

2010-11 (Swimming)
Set four new program records by swimming a 59.47 in the 100 breast, 2:06.83 in the 200 breast, 1:54.31 in the 200 IM, and a 4:06.39 in the 400 IM at the SCIAC Championships (Feb. 20-22)...was a member of three relay teams that set a new program record in the 200 free relay (1:24.39), 800 free relay (7:01.43), and 400 medley relay (3:34.29) at the same meet...earned All-SCIAC honors in the 400 IM, 200 and 800 free relays... fastest times recorded include a 1:50.68 in the 200 free at the Malibu Invitational (Oct. 23), 55.80 in the 100 fly at the CLU Winter Invitational (Dec. 30), 10:40.25 in the 1000 free vs. Whittier (Jan. 8), 58.38 in the 100 back vs. Caltech (Jan. 29), 2:05.99 in the 200 back at Pomona-Pitzer (Feb. 5)... swam the second leg of the fastest 400 free relay time (3:02.27) set at the CLU Winter Invitational (Dec. 30).

Jesuit High School
Graduated in 2010…member of Marauders varsity swim team for four season and water polo for two years in Carmichael, Calif...member of CIF championship squad in 2007, 2008 and 2010...part of one conference water polo championship team…four-time Delta River League Champions...earned All-America status as member of 400-yard free relay team in 2010...academic All-American Scholar in 2010.

Full name: Conrad Nickolas Sheffer...born on Jan. 13, 1992, in Folsom, Calif...son of Craig and Cynthia Sheffer...has a younger sister Chloe who competes in HS swimming and water polo...family currently resides in Fair Oaks, Calif...chose CLU for the academics…majoring in business administration.
