Earned Second Team All-SCIAC honors in his debut season for the Kingsmen…became the starting quarterback after the first game of the season…finished the year 201-of-334 for 2,539 yards and 23 touchdowns…completed 60.2% of his passes and averaged 282.1 yards per game…led the conference in passing yards and touchdowns…only quarterback in the SCIAC to surpass the 2,000 yard mark…his 2,539 passing yards ranked third all-time in CLU single-season history and his 23 touchdowns rank second…he tied a CLU single-game record with six touchdown passes in a 49-39 victory over Occidental (Nov. 8)… named to the D3football.com Team of the Week for his record-tying performance…threw 14 touchdown passes in the final three games after throwing nine in the first six games…made his CLU debut in the season-opener against Pacific Lutheran (Sept. 13) and went 15-of-25 for 170 yards, one touchdown and rushed eight times for 66 yards…eclipsed 400-yards passing twice; first with a 402-yard performance on 24-53 passing against Willamette (Sept. 20) and then with a season-high 417 yards against Occidental (Nov. 8)…led the team in rushing yards with 522 yards on 104 attempts…added four rushing touchdowns…rushed for a season-high 127 yards on 15 carries and one touchdown in a 34-24 victory over Whittier (Oct. 4).

University of Arizona
Redshirted in 2012…played in all 13 games for the Wildcats in 2013 as the holder on PAT and field goal attempts…earned Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention…won the Advocare v100 Bowl.

 

Louisiana Tech University
Played for Louisiana Tech in 2011 where he was the second youngest quarterback to start a game in NCAA history (second to David "Moon" Walker of Texas A&M in 1973)…led team to WAC championship.

 

Westlake High School
Graduated in 2011…played football, baseball and track for the Warriors…led the team to a 24-2 record over two seasons…won the CIF championship in 2009…named first team All-Marmonte League two times…first team all-county and all-state selection…Marmonte League MVP twice and also named MVP of county twice…Chosen as the 2010 Old Spice National High School Player of the Year.
