Appeared in six games and started on one occasion...was third on the team with a 3.72 ERA...pitched nearly 10 innings while collecting 16 strikeouts...held opposing batters to just a .260 average...surrendered on eight walks...pitched a season high four and two-thirds innings against Whitman (Feb. 18)...finished that game with a season-high four strikeouts.

Finished third on the CLU pitching staff with his 2.25 ERA...ended the season ranked fourth overall with his .263 opposing batting average and four starts...combined efforts to record one the team's four shutouts (April 22)...ended the season with a 3-1 record...started in four of his eight games thrown, throwing a total of 20.0 innings...pitched a season-high 5.0 innings vs. Occidental (April 17)...struck out a season-high seven batters vs. Caltech (April 22)...first year member of the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society.
