Served as CLU’s ace pitcher throughout the season and made 14 appearances with 12 starts…finished 6-4 with a 3.61 ERA…struck out 63 batters in 84.2 innings pitched…went nine innings for a complete game shutout while allowing just two hits in a 5-0 win over Chapman (Feb. 20)…tied a career-high seven strikeouts in the season opener against Whitworth…had five or more strikeouts in nine of his 12 starts…struck out six in seven innings of work in a win against Pomona-Pitzer (Apr. 3)…totaled three complete games…finished his CLU career with 21 wins to rank sixth all-time in school history…also ranks fifth all-time in innings pitched with 243.2 and is tied for ninth with 154 strikeouts.

Continued to be one of the top pitchers in the West Region...garned Second Team All-SCIAC honors for the second year in a row...led the Kingsmen in innings pitched with 88.1...went 7-2 with a 2.95 ERA...also pitched two complete games and struck out 49...opponents hit just .246 against the left-handed pitcher...picked up second win of the season in impressive fashion, throwing a complete-game shutout against Chapman, limiting the Panthers to just four hits and striking out five (Mar. 4)...pushed his scoreless inning streak to 16 when he threw 7.0 innings of shutout baseball against Redlands (Mar. 8)...went 8.2 innings against Wisconsin-La Crosse (Mar. 21)...outdueled PLU All-American pitcher Trevor Lubking, picking up the win after allowing just two hits in 7.0 innings of work...picked up second consecutive SCIAC Post Season Tournament Championship game win, throwing 5.1 innings while allowing three hits and two runs against Chapman (May 4)...was stellar in an elimination game of the NCAA West Regional against LeTourneau, pitcking up the win after throwing 8.0 innings and allowing just one run on seven hits (May 16).

 

2013 (Baseball) Season Stats
Emerged as CLU's No. 3 starting pitcher...earned ABCA Third Team All-West Region honors while also being named Second Team All-SCIAC...went undefeated during the regular season, going 8-0 with 2.69 ERA...had 41 strikeouts compared to 19 walks...opponents hit just .248 against him...was one out away from a complete game shutout against La Verne (Apr. 20)...was winning pitcher in the SCIAC Tournament Championship game against Pomona Pitzer pitching six innings while scattering 11 hits but only allowing three runs (May 5)...pitched six innings allowing three runs in the regional game against Texas-Tyler (May 17).

 

2012 (Baseball)
Made two appearances in inaugural season for the Kingsmen...made collegiate debut against Kean (March 21)...collected first collegiate strike-out against Caltech (April 27).
