2018 (Track & Field)
Made an immediate impact in her freshman season for the Regals...set personal and seasonal bests in both the shot put (11.50m) discus (25.23m) and hammer (44.45m)...placed 4th in both hammer (43.11m) and shot put (11.02m) at SCIAC Championships...made it into the CLU record books for her performances in both hammer (7th all-time) and in shot put (4th all-time).

Bishop Montgomery High School
Graduated in 2017… competed in soccer and track for the knights...individual high school honors include league champ for discus and shot put, broke school record for discus and made it to the CIF finals… high school team accomplishments include CIF finals 2017.

Full name: Ja’Narie Rhambo... born Feb. 2, 1999 in Los Angeles, Calif… mother is Janelva and father is Walter… has two pets named, Chappo and Charlie… greatest personal sports moment is personal record at CIF finals… has volunteered at an animal shelter, Motion Picture 6 TV Fund and for her middle school and high school… chose Cal Lutheran because it is family like and a great opportunity for sports and academics.
