2017-18 (Diving)
Competed as a senior diver for the Regals… Recorded her best 1-meter score of 166.55 at the UC Santa Cruz Slug Invite and her top 3-meter score of 266.25 at the SCIAC Swimming and Diving Championships.

2016-17 (Diving)
Led the Regals on the 3-meter diving board at SCIAC Championships with an 11-dive list score of 284.85…additionally posted a season-best score of 242.55 on the 1-meter diving board at SCIAC Championships on an 11-dive list…best 1-meter, six-dive showing was 160.05 against Redlands/Chapman (Feb. 4)…best 3-meter, six-dive showing was 181.15 against Claremont-Mudd-Scripps/Caltech (Jan. 28). 

2016 (Track & Field)
One of the most versatile athletes for the Regals as a sophomore…earned USTFCCCA All-West Region honors…captured her first SCIAC title in the 400m Hurdles at the SCIAC Championships (Apr. 30) with a CLU school record time of 1:03.18…also earned All-SCIAC honors after placing third in the High Jump after clearing 1.52m…ran the leadoff leg of the fourth place 4x400m Relay team (3:59.37)…moved into 10^thall-time in CLU history with a season-best time of 16.14 in the 100m Hurdles…cleared 1.62m at the SCIAC Multi-Dual No. 2 (Apr. 2) to tie for third all-time in CLU history.

2015 (Track & Field)
Made an instant impact for the Regals as a freshman…earned All-SCIAC honors as a member of the third-place 4x400 Relay team (4:03.46) at the SCIAC Championships (May 2)…qualified for the 400m Hurdles final and placed fifth with a time of 1:05.72…now ranks seventh in CLU history in the event…also placed fifth in the High Jump with a leap of 1.52m and is now tied for 10^th all-time in CLU history…clocked a time of 16.93 in the 100m Hurdles preliminaries…also a part of the fifth fastest 4x400 Relay team in CLU history that clocked a time 3:59.14 at the Oxy Distance Carnival (Mar. 13)…placed first in the 400m Hurdles (1:06.63) at the SCIAC No. 2 meet on Mar. 28…placed first in the High Jump (1.52m) at the SCIAC No. 1 meet on Mar. 7.

Royal High School
Graduated in 2014…a three sport athlete for the Highlanders competing in basketball, diving and track and field…earned All-Marmonte League honors all four years…awarded the Highlander Award as a sophomore and senior…named the MVP in Hurdles and High Jump all four years…broke the school record in the 300 Hurdles.

Full name: Carlie Burow…born on Sept. 15, 1996 to parents Joni and Steven…has a sister named Chloe who is on the rowing team at UCSB…has two cats, Rocko and Dinah…chose CLU because it was close to home, is a beautiful place to be and the small class sizes…has career aspirations to be part of an environmental science business…majoring in environmental science and aspires to work in that field.
