CLAREMONT, Calif. — California Lutheran University men's cross country finished 10th at the Pomona-Pitzer Invite which was held on the Pomona College campus Saturday morning.
Sebastian Sawyer was the top Kingsmen and came in 20th with a time of 25 minutes and 45.9 seconds.
Nicholas Abbinanti, Jonathan Aguilar and Max Segeberg all finished in the top-100 for the Purple and Gold. Abbinanti crossed the finish line in 82nd-place with 27:42.6, Aguilar was 94th with 28:03.6 and Segeberg came in 100th with 28:30.3.
Luke VanKeersbilck, Eric Talbert, Logan Bury, Xavier Reynoso and Moises Velasquez also competed for the Kingsmen. Vankeersbilck was 102nd with 28:36.6, Talbert was 103rd with 28:44.9, Bury placed 116th with 29:11.6, Reynoso came in 131st with 32:17.5 and Velasquez finished 133rd with 32:41.0
Up next, the Kingsmen head to the postseason and will be at the SCIAC Championships on October 30th.
