THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. - A mid-week, non-conference series between the Cal Lutheran and Williams baseball teams was cancelled due to weather conditions this afternoon.

With CLU leading 3-0 in the top of the fifth inning with one out and runners on first and second, the skies opened and pouring rain forced the game to be temporarily postponed and eventually cancelled due to field conditions and forthcoming weather.

The Kingsmen and Ephs will not make up the series.

Cal Lutheran (11-6, 4-5 SCIAC) will be back in action on Friday, March 24 when the Kingsmen travel to Pomona-Pitzer to kick off a three-game set with the Sagehens. First pitch is scheduled for 3:00 p.m.
