Moffitt Improves From 6th In CLU History to 4th

Los Angeles, Calif. – The Regals swimming and diving team secured three first place finishes in their dual meet at Occidental.

Kendall Moffitt, who already has the 6th place spot in Cal Lutheran's top ten record book, improved her 200-yard butterfly time to 2:10.76, moving her up to 4th place.

Moffitt proceeded to win first in the 1000-yard freestyle with a convincing time of 10:56.5, over 30 seconds faster than the second-place finisher. She then touched the wall first in the 500-yard freestyle, beating the second-place finisher by 18 seconds.

Nektaria Anagnostou earned three second-place finishes. Alice Peterson and Aubrey Blickman also contributed with points from touching the wall second in races of their own.

The 200-yard medley relay team was only a second off from first place.

Their next meet with be the Caltech invite on Saturday and Sunday.
