THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. – After 110 minutes on the pitch, the Regals walk away with a 1-1 tie against Occidental.

The Tigers were playing a tight defense against the Regals knowing they are still undefeated in conference. It wasn't until the 36^th minute that the purple and gold were able to break through.

Mackenzie Boulware was able to cut around the Tigers defender on the goal line and place the ball on the foot of Mandy Crawford in the middle of the box. Crawford was able to connect and find the side netting to put the Regals up 1-0.

It was a tight defensive half with a total of only three shots taken between the two teams. The Regals headed into halftime with the lead.

The second half started just as tight as the first and it was scoreless on both sides until the 79^th minute when the Tigers were able to put one by goalkeeper Gabby Flores.

The Regals tallied eight shots in the second half but still weren't able to put one away. The backline had lock down defense and didn't allow any shots on goal for the Tigers in the second 45.

Boulware was a threat in the offensive third with her crafty runs throughout the 110 minutes and had three shots herself. Crawford also put up a total of three shots.

Flores came out with a huge save in double overtime to keep the Regals undefeated in SCIAC. Just when the Tigers thought they had gotten the upset, Flores came flying out of nowhere and saved the shot from going into the upper right corner.

The Regals outshot Occidental 13-8 but still ended with a tie. They remain undefeated in conference play and have their senior night Wednesday the 20^th at 7:00 pm in William Rolland Stadium.
