2019 (Track & Field)
Competed in five events as a senior for the Regals…set two new personal-best in the 1500m (5:19.84) and the Distance Medley (13:38.45), along with season-best of the mile (6:01.11), the 4x800m (11:10.98), and the 800m (2:35.810)

2018 (Cross Country)
Competed in four races as the senior captain for the Regals… Recorded her season-best 6K time of 25:47.0 at the UC Riverside Invitational.

2018 (Track & Field)
Recorded three personal bests in both the 800m (2:30.36), the 1500 (5:26.16) and in the mile (5:59.43)...also competed in the 4x800m relay, the 4x400m relay and in the distance medley relay...made it into the record books for Cal Lutheran with her performance in the distance medley relay (9th all-time) at the Rossi Relays.

2017 (Cross Country)
Raced in six meets as a junior for the Regals… Recorded her best finish at the SCIAC Championships (68th) with a 6K time of 26:49.67… Notched her best 6K time at the SCIAC Multi-Duals at 25:15.93, finishing third amongst the team… Finished top three amongst the team in four of her races.

2017 (Track & Field)
Earned two career-bests in the 800m and the 1500m…ran a season-best 2:34.14 in the 800m at SCIAC Multi-Dual No. 3…ran a career-best 5:30.82 in the 1500m at the Oxy Distance Carnival.

2016 (Cross Country)
Competed at the SCIAC Multi-Duals where she ran her fastest a 6K of the season with a time of 28:02.63 (Oct.1)… her fastest 5K of the season was a 22:26.45 at the Biola Invitational… her average 6K time 28:04.06

2016 (Track & Field)
Placed 20^th overall with a season-best time of 5:39.73 in the 1500m at the SCIAC Championships (Apr. 30)…ran fastest 800m of the season in 2:45.47 at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational (Apr. 9).

2015 (Cross Country)
Appeared in all six meets for the Regals as a freshman…fastest 5K came at the Mustang Challenge (Sep. 19) with a time of 21:36.62…fastest 6K came at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational (Oct. 3) with a time of 27:00.85…ran an average 6K time of 27:27.43 on the season...member of the USTFCCCA All-Academic team.

Nipomo High School
Graduated from Nipomo HS in 2015…ran cross country for four years and ran track for three years…had the fastest mile time for her high school with a time of 5:37 her senior year…team went to the State Championships for the first time in 2013.
