REDLANDS, Calif. — The No. 1 Cal Lutheran women's water polo team were finally able to get back in the water as they competed against Redlands on Saturday afternoon. The Regals played hard and defeated the Bulldogs with a final score of 13-4

Lexi Rond led the team with four goals, Bethany Metcalfe and Jessica Diaz each added three goals as well. Kaitlin Gardhouse contributed greatly to her team with a high of six assists.

Diaz led the Purple and Gold in steals, tallying a total of three. Gardhouse, Rond, and Kemi Dijkstra each added two drawn exclusions. The team had a total of seven. Elyse Koe added two steals to the Regals win.

Izzy De Souza was in goal the whole game for Cal Lutheran and protected it well with 17 saves. She also had three assists and one steal.

Jacsen Donohue, Katie Knight, and Dijkstra each added one goal to help the Regals overcome the Bulldogs.
